Order & Customization
How do I customize my product?
Click the “Customize” button on any product page. Our online designer will open, where you can upload photos, add custom text, choose fonts, and position your designs — all with a real-time preview before you order.
What photo formats can I upload?
We accept JPG, JPEG, and PNG files. For the best results, use a high-resolution image (at least 1500 × 1000 pixels). The higher the resolution, the sharper your final product will look.
Can I add text to my custom product?
Yes! Our online designer allows you to add custom text, choose from multiple fonts, adjust sizes, and position your message anywhere on the product surface.
How do I modify my order after placing it?
Because each item is made to order, we begin production quickly. If you need to make changes, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. After that, we may not be able to make modifications.
Do you offer bulk or corporate orders?
Yes! We welcome bulk orders for corporate gifts, events, and weddings. Contact us at support@diylo.shop for volume pricing and custom quotes.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does production take?
All products are made to order. Production takes 3–5 business days before your item is handed to the shipping carrier.
How long does shipping take?
US Standard: 5–10 business days after production.
US Express: 3–5 business days after production.
International: 8–15 business days after production (available to 40+ countries).
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to over 40 countries worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use it to track your package on the carrier’s website.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all products. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, contact us and we’ll make it right.
Can I return a customized product?
Customized products can be returned if there is a quality issue (printing errors, missing pieces, damage). Due to the personalized nature, we cannot accept returns for change-of-mind on custom items, but we’ll gladly replace any defective product.
My product arrived damaged — what should I do?
We’re sorry about that! Please email support@diylo.shop within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage. We’ll send a free replacement right away.

Are your products safe for children?
Our products are designed for ages 8 and up. Children under 8 can enjoy them with adult supervision. All materials are non-toxic and meet international safety standards.
How do I care for my wooden puzzle or music box?
Keep your wooden products in a dry environment away from direct sunlight and humidity. Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid water or chemical cleaners, which can damage the finish.
Where are your products made?
All DIYLO products are crafted in our partner workshops in Shenzhen, China. We sell factory-direct — no middleman, no warehouse markups. Every item is made to order and quality-checked before shipping.
